Refund policy

At AREIG OMAR , your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund terms carefully:

• We allow customers to open their package at the door to inspect the item. Once the courier leaves, returns are no longer accepted.

• You may exchange an item within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is in original condition (unworn, unused, and undamaged)

• It is returned in its original packaging

• You provide a receipt or proof of purchase

• We do not accept returns for items unless they are clearly defective and reported at the time of delivery.

• We currently do not offer refunds. Exchanges only apply to eligible cases as described above.

• To request an exchange, please contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery.
